I watched the tutorials during the holidays but today [well last night since its 12:12am] was my attempt at the tutorial.
what i found was that mine didn't look as wonderful as his, since i couldn't download all the tutorials smoothly i had to watch them in parts. Anyways I finished the small room, it was exciting to use this medium. it was really enjoyable becasue no matter the outcome you are happy with the attempt.
Most importantly my computer handled the software, without any lagging and shutdowns. Therefore work can be done at home without using the labs at uni. I'm very happy with what i accomplished tonight and am looking forward to getting what susanna has done in revit and experiment with it in 3DS max 9 and further in UT3. I am also confident in the skills we obtain as a team to turn a great outcome.

Hey Margaret, nice to hear. Hope you are still improving with it. And I agree, it is pretty exciting to create something that you can actually walk around in and experience. Some pictures would be good with this post. Cheers
